Home Page
The Portal is organized into monthly cohorts based on the orders for each fulfillment. You will mostly be operating in the “Current Cohort” but you can always toggle between Cohorts in the top right dropdown.
Fulfillment Reports – Live view of orders that need to be fulfilled in the current calendar month
Orders Tab – View and export labels and a roster for your monthly fulfillment, and seamlessly manage orders
Subscriptions Tab — Manage members’ ongoing subscriptions in the Subscriptions tab
All members – A repository of all historical members with loyalty and spend insights
Messaging Tool — Send messages to current and former members via email and SMS
Payouts — Review payouts and order counts for your program, broken out per month and on a cumulative basis
