You can now message your members directly in the Table22 Partner Portal! Use our new Messaging Feature to send plain text emails, pasted HTML emails, branded communications and SMS texts. Seamlessly reach out to all, a subset, or individual members — from sharing important fulfillment reminders, running winback campaigns, announcing exciting club updates, or extending invitations to happenings on-premise.
Access the messaging tool either from the “Messaging” tab in the top navigation bar and access multi-channel options. Choose your Message Type between Simple Email Formatting (i.e. plain text), a Drag and Drop Editor to create branded and designed emails, Paste in Email HTML, or via SMS Text Message.
From there, tailor your messages to specific groups (current cohort, all active members, paused members, cancelled members, etc)
You can also select a subset or specific members within the “Cohort Rosters” or “All Members” tabs and utilize filters (i.e. filter by only the Unfulfilled orders, only the Wine Club orders, etc.)
