Welcome to Table22’s Onboarding Portal! We've got an overview of the need-to-knows, and lots of best practices and shared learnings lined up and ready to help you design your membership program. And don’t worry, this isn’t a long read — you’ve got plenty on your plate, so we made sure everything here is bite sized and easy to follow. Let's dig in!

Fulfillment Details: Confirm your ongoing fulfillment dates over email.
Table22 Partner Portal: Reset your password and login to the Partner Portal (T22 tip: bookmark this page!)
Order Counts: You’ll receive an email on the 1st of the month with your preliminary order counts! But hold up — your members typically have through the fourth business day to adjust their order. Check the Portal on the 5th business day to see final numbers (T22 tip: set a reminder in your calendar!)
Your First Payout: On the 5th business day you’ll receive your payout for that month’s orders, along with a link to set up your account on our payments portal, Stripe.

  • 1st day of the calendar month: You’ll receive an email with preliminary order counts! Members have until the 5th business day to modify their order.
  • 5th business day of the month: Final order counts are available in Partner Portal and payouts are initiated.
  • Between 5th business day and your fulfillment day: Your order counts will be locked! T22 will let you know if any members reach out with extenuating circumstances and wish to skip.
  • 2 days before fulfillment: Share a PDF copy of your menu card or tasting notes with merchant-partners@table22.com and we’ll upload to your program’s Digital Gallery!
  • 1 day before fulfillment: You’ll receive a printable file of 2” x 4” labels from merchant-partners@table22.com to help you get organized (T22-Run Delivery only!)
  • Last day of the calendar month: The cut-off for any new members to sign up to receive the next month’s orders!

  • When a member signs up for your Table22 offering they are opting into a recurring subscription which will renew each month until they cancel or pause.
  • A member receives their first order the month following their sign up (i.e. new signs up in September, receive their first order in October). The monthly “cut off” for new members is the last day of the calendar month.
  • Members also receive monthly “scheduling communications” — an email and text message at the beginning of each month reminding them of their monthly order and confirming the fulfillment date. They typically have through the fourth business day to adjust their order!
  • Members receive “reminder communications” the day before their fulfillment! Delivery members receive a text message on delivery day allowing them to track their driver in realtime via a link in the text message and contact our Delivery team with any special instructions.
