📣 New Product Feature: Download Branded Order Labels

You can now download your own branded labels with order details from the Table22 Partner Portal to more easily organize your packages during fulfillment! These labels are standard 10/page 2” x 4” labels which can be printed on adhesive paper and attached (Avery Template 5163 – found on Amazon, Office Max, Staples, etc.) or printed on standard copy paper and stapled to bags.

Follow the steps below to download your labels in the Table22 Partner Portal!

Navigate to the “Cohort Rosters” tab of your Partner Portal and click on the PDF button next to the “Fulfillment Labels” button in the top right of the page.

Download a PDF file for your Pick Up members and a file for your Delivery members (if applicable). Important note for T22-Run Deliveries! Drivers are typically not assigned in our system until ~2 days prior to your delivery. If drivers have not been assigned yet, you will see a “Delivery Driver Not Assigned” warning — you’ll need to wait until after drivers assignments have been imported to download.

After the Download you will have a PDF of 10/page labels with individual order details — including the member name, phone number, order detail, and scheduled pick up time (pick up orders) or delivery driver name (Table22-run delivery orders). See example below!

Important Notes:

• Delivery labels are grouped by delivery driver and then sorted alphabetically
• Pick up labels are sorted by scheduled pick up time and then sorted alphabetically
• Want your labels configured differently (i.e. wine add-ons on a separate label)? Reach out to your Partner Manager or merchant-partners@table22.com and we’ll get the configuration updated!
